Hi FTWMs,
I'm a SAHM for 2 years already. Thinking of returning to workforce soon and thus looking for a job now.
Any mums with similar experience can share how is the job hunting like? Are employers really particular about the gap in non-employment? Do you list the gap in the CV? Some people said to list as "Household Manager" and state the brief job responsibilities at home, while some said not to but just a brief mention in the cover letter.
