Stir Fried Spinach with wolfberries

Heat oil in a wok.
Add the garlic and fry till light golden brown.
Throw in the spinach and wolfberries.
Drizzle cooking rice wine over it and
stir-fry briskly for 1-2 minutes.
Season to taste with light soya sauce/ salt.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.

This is one of my favourite dishes too. I add some onion too.
Yum! I just tried this over the weekend coz it looks pretty simple.

I even add in fish slices and a cup of hiuqi waist tonic!!!

Apart from light soy sauce, I season to taste with Oyster sauce too.. Got the very oriental and herbal taste!! Brought up the recipe by a notch and still simple to do!! Try it too!! =)
