Wallpaper, wall decal, wall paint - which one is better for nursery wall decoration?

Hello, mums, i am looking for some advice on nursery wall decoration ideas? We all know that environment has close relation to baby's mental and body development. Toxic-free and creative design on nursery wall treatment is good to the mental and physical health of baby. As for what i know about nursery wall decoration, wallpaper, wall decal and wall paint are popular option. I am not sure which one is better. The opinion in the article Nursery Wall Decal – Give Your Baby a Great Growing Environment make me believe that wall decal is better choice on budget and stimulation of baby's creativity. Do you have any better advice on it?
