Hi all, just wondering when did you introduce table food or outside food to your little one. Pd told me when our son is one year old, he can eat everything. Like noodles, rice, vegs from hawker or anywhere else. But I'm concerned with the MSG n salt content. But pd say ok go ahead. So just wondering when did you give outside food to ur lil one without worrying much ?
