White Spot on face

I noticed a small white spot on my little girl's face few days ago.

She's 8 this year, swims every week.

Not sure if this is due to the sun tanning. Anyone any idea?

I'm worried that it may grow bigger...:bsad:

Otherwise,
white spots may be due to some infection aso. If so, doctor will prescribe you a cream to rub on the affected area....

Oooo.. i noe... its bcz of sweat tt mix wit water i tink... its advisable to dry ur sweat b4 u go bath/swimming... i hv it when i was in pri sch.. some kena on the body but i kena on the face.. bring her to see doc.. doc will gave med like cream or liquid type.. in mly the illness is called panau..

Yes , i also have this alot think will spread . But go pharmacy to get those medical cream lo .
