last time zhong hua doctor also warned me not to take barley water.... in fact she say not only during pregnancy that i cannot take barley, i should not take any barley water in my whole life at all... because barley water will make my body and womb cold....
my dad say take more calcium food will improve knee problems one.... have you been taking calcium? Not only in pills, but milk, and other natural food? you can be like me, start to take Anlene Milk powder every morning....
