Can i ask?? Which hospital did you do you IUI and how many times?? Wat do they give you before and after the procedure... Sorry I'm asking coz i wanna write in to compare all hospitals before and after procedures difference since the govt complains about the low birth varies!

Actually, I juz heard of it too. Have not really tried it yet though the doc demonstrated to my hb so that he knows how to do it. Ya, it is DIY and done by hb. So hb muz be confident enough to do it. Anyway, it's a small syringe only so dun feel anything. The sperm is juz placed inside the vagina and usually done on ovulation days. As it has not been washed, so can last longer in body. Can do around or slightly before exact ovulation day.
As for jab puregon or clomid, guess it depends on whether u are ovulating well. Doc is still monitoring my progress so no medicine yet. Mayb he will prescribe for next cycle if I'm not ovulation well on my own. Have to wait & see.
Ohh... so fri is the test date for u? So exciting! Yes, will pray for your success... hang in there!

Erm... After yr DH takes out, you can exercise your muscles as though u r gripping something below.. U get what I mean? Keep on gripping it in while your butt is supported by pillow.."suck" ??????????? :err::err:

so usually, i dun dare to make any big movement or luff lohhh.....tat time tootpig hubby disturb me while i raise my butt high high, i luff then the soliders FLOW out alot arrrrrrr~

my colleague oso use the wall as a support to raise their butt....but, my bed is the other direction, (my head is nearer to the wall).....so i din do tat yaaaa.....

Erm.. When u do the imaginary grip below, yr butt will auto tightened de.. Then continue to grip grip grip grip for 5mins? Heh.
Ask yr dh to hold yr butt for u.. Keke. Maybe pillow not high enuff.~~

LOL. When ppl zou tou wu lu tt time, everything also try. LOL. I find that pillow not beri useful coz mine is soft type, on my butt = nothing. LOL. So DH will hold my leg up or let me lie my butt on his legs. :tlaugh:
