Dr Sim at Elias Mall.
His charges are quite cheap. We recently changed to him as the cost of dds' orignal pd is too high.

My baby is seeing Dr Koey Soo Sin, Thomson Paediatric Clinic/or Centre. He's mostly based at TMC, and at the Bishan branch on Sunday morning. He's not too bad, charges standard PD rate... not the top-of-range like other more famous PDs. So, still affordable. For babies below two, I prefer to see PDs rather than GPs. For illness only. For jabs, I go to my GP.

Had seen Dr Ong Before as he was relieving another Dr Ong (who has came out to set up his own clinic)... he sure is a nice doc. very patient and even though he was standing in.

my baby's first check up was done by dr keoy fr tmc when she was born. now we have switch to dr ang ai tin fr tmc she is much more detailed i feel. she was recommend by my sister & happen to chance upon her when my baby got a cough & dr keoy wasn't on duty that very day. only then we realise our baby has got murmur. we were so sad & heartbreaking then & felt angry too. 10: dr ang arrange for a detailed scan fr a heart specialist dr heng joo teck he was a visiting doctor at tmc. though dr heng mentioned that the doctor got to be very detailed in order to hear the sound cause by the murmur. but still felt so angry why didn't dr keoy diagnosed of her murmur. maybe i was just kind of unlucky then. hope everything will goes well for the next heart scan. in fact dr ang consultation fees is the same as dr keoy & that she has her own clinic at tmc just beside the usual visiting clinic. but for vaccinations we went to healthway instead of tmc as healthway offer much lower price in fact the lowest we found so far.
no offence. hope i didn't caused any unwanted doubts about dr keoy as i started this thread with no intention of ill speaking but with intention of seeking a good & experienced paediatrician for my baby in the case of a second opinion if needed.

No worries, thks for sharing. Actually we are also thinking of switching PD but never got to doing it. Hmm, I thot Dr Ang Ai Tin's fees are MUCH higher than Dr Koey? My gynae recommended Dr Koey for my daughter (she's 7 now) but I switched to another doctor after only one or two visits - cos at that time I felt he wasn't very experienced or good. This time round when we saw him again for my baby boy, he seemed to be better so we've stayed with him. However, recently my boy has been falling sick quite often - cold, running/ blocked nose, so my hubby has been saying to switch doc, he said Dr Koey's meddy can't heal our baby!

initially i thought dr ang consultantion was higher too. but only to realise was the same as dr keoy. $45 before gst.
dr ang was recommend by my sister. her baby appetite was small, keep having flu, cough & her skin got rashes quite often.
after visiting dr ang then she got to know of her baby's condition better. her baby has got eczema which causes all this. gave her some cream & advise of a more suitable soap which improve her condition gradually. she even detects her eyes problem. in fact sometimes i do wonder, why our children has got so much health issues after visiting dr ang. kind of suay are we or is she? :001_302: but still i like her being so detailed & that she is more than willing to tell u more than what u seeking her consultation for.
but i also believe in changing doctors if the condition did not improve.

My gals also go to Winston Ng @ Kidslink (CCK). He's not too bad yah..
Sometimes when GP meddy dun work, then I'll bring them to Winston. He's always really helpful and gives lots of advise.

dd seeing Dr Terence Tan from KinderClinic at Mount Alvernia since she's born =)
though the waiting time for every appt is a little long , but he's really nice and super good with babies =) he even came to visit to check if im feeling well and have a chat with me after he's done with checking dd everyday after i gave birth =D

Both my sons are seeing Dr Heng Joo Teck from Kidslink (Jurong East). He is my elder boy's PD since birth and both hb and i very satisfied with him and appointed him as my second bb's PD. We go to him for all jabs, skin allergies, rashes and other which require specialist attention. I bring my elder boy to the PD for normal cough and colds until he turned 3yrs before switching to a GP at Jurong West. The same for my bb.
