Share share? :001_302: So far i only bought playpen @ the motherhood fair recently, bottle sterilizer, changing mat and some socks. That's all...I think my co will be giving walker as gift. Then I will need to get stroller, high chair and maybe car seat for my baby later.
Wah, blow fan back will pain? Yrs is worst than mine...not spine pain right? If spine pain, dunoe can take epidural or not...old people say will be worst when we grow older.
Wah! Usually i heard first baby will come slightly earlier...but anyhow hope yr baby come and celebrate yr bday with you!!

Juz17, try not to worry too much. It will affect your baby. When my sis had her 1st, she had slight prenatal blues. She is super sensitive abt everything. All of us had to give in to her. Her 1st child turns out to be lik her. Paranoid, often had nightmares, very insecure and don't lik strangers. Whn she had her 2nd, she was happier. Eats everything and was less panicky. The 2nd child turns out to be a happy-go-lucky baby. Very easy to take care and always has a smile on his face.
I am also a 1st time mum...after trying for more than 5 yrs. To mi, to be pregnant is the happiest thing in my life now(beside being married to my hubby).
I look really ugly nw too. fat legs, swollen nose, pimples growing on my face, neck, chest and shoulders. Furthermore, I have got natural frizzy hair and I can't do anything abt it nw. I lk monsterous nw...haha.:001_302: Whn I go for my gynae visits and hear my baby's heartbeat, seeing him move and growing normally. It was all worth it.
As for $, one of the way to save some is to get pre-loved baby stuffs if possible.

I agree that what I am experiencing now will affect my baby cos I also heard cases abt what u mention. I am trying to be happy...afterall 80% of the time I am happy la!
One thing cos its been so long that I last seen my bb dunoe is he ok or not? No kicks no nothing yet...so worried... :embarrassed:I got natural wavey hair too. To be frank, my 3rd mth into preggy, I cannot tahan then i go rebonding le. Then later go for scan baby so far ok...*choi*
Ya when I heard my bb's heartbeat, I felt a strong relieve and was so touched...maybe i shld invest in a machine that can listen to bb's heartbeat?Market got sell ard $50+. I tink i ask hubby later...
My friends so good all got pass downs...where I dun...sigh...but i will go ebay see see look look if got anything gd for bb or myself...the headache ting now is to get breast pumps or not....so ex... :err:

I bgt medela swing. It is single side electric pump w stimulation function. I bgt it at 399 w sm freebies. If possible, try to get preloved ones. Cheaper and u cn buy new parts for those tat r in contact w the milk and our breasts. Parts cn buy seperately. I did a rough calculation...if buy all parts, cost less than 50 bah.
But sm of my frens say I will regret nt getting the 2 side one. Cos more convenient n also whn u pump one side, the other side will also has milk cm out?! But I scare I may nt b able to perserverance in bf, so don't wan2 waste $.

True...and I dun even noe whether how long will i bf also. Some of my friends comment that due to engorgement, they cant continue and some say after 2 mths no supply already.
Troubled. My EDD is 2 Nov, so we are in the same month! LOL...excited right?
Now I wonder how is my baby cos I have not seen 'him' for 2 weeks and flipping when I am sleeping is quite painful on the tummy...wonder have i hurt him or not.

remember baby tend to grow out of their clothes very fast. so can dont buy so many initial stages. i also budget. dont wish to spend too much expensive clothings. that time go expo fair. i tot cheap. actually not that cheap also.
kiddy palace having sales. cheaper than most places i went. their top and btm for newborns. plain de or coloured. not say very very nice designs like tollyjoy or those got brand de. but its really cheap. quality good also.
about $3.90-$4.90 per top and btm. + got 15% storewide. very worth buying. i bought 4 sets top btm. 1 set mittens(inside got 2 set). $31 after discount. !

Hubby and me even decided to go those market market area buy baby's clothings and mittens. I just saw at a shop in raffles place (near my office), their mittens cost $2 for one pair...so cheap...that's so much cheaper! never heard bout the bugis de. but no point buy so many sets. i now buy 1 week set of clothes 7 sets.. cos sure will people gift as present too. then hand downs by my friends. somemore 1 month baby must stay home. from 1 month to 2nd month. outgrow abit le. so if possible. mummy please buy slightly bigger tops. and dont buy those wear over neck one. buy those button from top to bottom, or ribbon tie. i bought alot ribbon tie. cos i bought slightly bigger size. can tie tighter if loose. mum say those new borns shirt. really too small also. and try buy white. cos baby will feel cooling. you buy colour de will get hot easily. so her night de all is white. day i bought 2 set pink. hehe. and 1 flower de. the rest i never buy first. mittens i bought 7 sets also. pink and white. hat i bought 1 only. cos mum say baby best dont bring out too often in initial stages. so left her full month clothing and bids.
hehe. u all can go kiddy palace see. really worth buying. i went to see those market de top bottom. some really too small and tired. the pants especially. dont buy too small de. cos baby gonna wear diapers, pampers or nappy. u buy too small. later wear le they will uncomfortable cos tight. ^^
wont turn colour la jus17. dont remove the packaging. and keep inside your warerobe with a plastic bag. thats what i do. hehe.
mummies dont worry too much. my appointment next wed. hope can see babygirl again. she keep kicking me every night. so still ok. not so worried. just try stay happy. cos i oso tend to get emotional at times. especially when i dont get attention from hubby. or i cant eat what i crave! hahaha

If u wanna buy a preloved Breast pump.. i selling mine now... is medela mini eletric dual pump... is 2 pump... can pump at the same time... save more time... hehe.. if u keen just sms me... i think u got my hp number... i got NEw unused parts... i will throw in as well.. & also nipple cream.. FOC...:001_302: Forget to say the pump is in 10/10 condition... under warranty...
