Hi annabel, For my Case we reject his refund n report to CASE. I also call n ask help from MCYS same they cant help us on the $ issue, but they will help us to check on others issue. Jimmy mislead us to sign up with his center. Now he denied n liar everything, so angry.

Yaloh, i also very confuse why this happen in Singapore. Since MCYS issue the Licence but they cant do anything on it? Not that i wan to so fuss but this is all abt principle, he have cheating so many parents, paid few hundrend for attend few days? Like esther's son only attend one day. If Esther last time didnt make complain to MOE n MCYS then Jimmy will deducting 2 week course fee.

hi, i cant remember how much he refund, the school fee is 580, right? he refund more than 300. i need to check again for the exact amount. until now my son still traumatised by that ccc. terrible. i practically dont want to make a fuss, since in our ministry's website already emphasized that they can't interfere. I call n write, you know the reply? there is nothing they can do. hahahhahahaah i confuse for a country where even spitting have law, there is no law on childcare centres to protect the childs.
