I also have problem with my bm supply. My nipples are too short and bb refuse to latch at all :( now just doing pumping every 3 hr to stimulate supply but only get 10-20ml from both breasts. Really quite demoralized and nipples feel sore

Like to know if we can mix bm and fm in the same bottle to feed baby? My supply of bm is really very little now (less than half feed) and hence nd fm to supplement. so thinking of mixing both tog to feed

lish, i always moisturize daily but the itch and rashes still appear... even after i moisturize with oil after showering, the itch will still come back after awhile. now my belly feels very rough with all the red bumpy rashes...

honey does help to soothe the throat... it'll be better if it's manuka honey.

i thk there's a sore throat bug going around... i just came back to office today and 2 other colleagues are on mc for sore throat too.. GP only prescribed lozenges for me while i just keep drowning myself with water... LeeTham, better take care and drink more water/honey

i just went to the GP to see doc for sore throat ytd... told the GP abt the itch n she gave me calamine lotion. at least after applying, it helps to calm the itch. i'm thinking if i should apply my oil after shower to hopefully maintain its elasticity as well. now my belly feels so rough with...

i'm now currently at 6 mths and expecting a prince :) recently, my belly has been itching very badly and alot of red rashes around the area.... i googled ard and found that it can happen to some mothers due to hormonal changes and may last till bb is delivered!! anyone experiencing the same...
