80ml seems very little for today's bb... ...guess u hav to latch him more often as he will drink more when latched on. yes i did the same, whenever i'm with him i latch him eg weekends but from now till then, u may want to 'train' him on bottles during the day to make sure he'll n the care...

in general, yes 1 hr 1 cm but as vroomvroomboys said, u know ur body best & every woman is different! When i reached hospital for my 1st delivery, it dilated abt 5cm liao n within 1-2 hrs I'd fully dilated to 10cm!! When my gynae finally arrived, her 1st comment was "why haven't push?"
