I am a SAHM for at least 8 years already. Managing all housework and kids all by myself. Actualy no time to get bored just have no time for myself that's all ... for example surfing the net, reading and njoying life .... It is such a waste but looking at the children that they are always close...

JTS the bb biscuit is very heaty. Those little white biscuit that looks like bun can be found in bakery hop is which better. But of all like all things if consume more is heaty. Can try to switch to white bread with high fiber/calcium occasionally.

Might be also "fei shi" coz touch water during confinement and didnt rest well too.

My BB stop BF at 8 month but recently at 16 month she is looking for Breast Milk. What am suppose to do? Can I still continue to BF her?? What diet should I take then??? Urgently need advise. TIA.

Before I left hospital I had a bath. 1st wk no bathing. Then after bath everyday with herbs and tap water. Do everything execpt cooking. Put gloves sometimes when touch water. Bath Baby myself without gloves. Sometimes blow air con sometimes fan. Now sometimes badaches but fon dare to tell...

Hi i am new but i just cant lose weight. 1st child birth can managed to lose but after birth of 2nd child am stuck with 20kg to lose. How? Fill faint when didnt eat. Some time eat a lot some time just got no time to eat. Hip also like pear shape. So sad :( can anybody help?
