I ate banana the day after I delivered my bb. Old folks say bananas are ''cooling" and I was forbidden to take fruits for the whole 30 days of confinement. It varies for individuals. I didn't want epidural at first but eventually I gave in to the pain so I had to take it before it is too late.

My baby is very gan chiong when it comes to feeding. He will have heavy breathing before and after breathing too. I also heard him snoring at night. He's less than one month old. Anyone experience the same situation too? Is this a cause for worry?
