Actually what I find is that most doctors (including PD) are breastfeeding friendly but they don't know a lot about it. They just know it is beneficial. Have to read up a lot more on our own. thankfully there is a lot of info in the web .

don't forget the humble ikan bilis/silver fish. very high in calcium cos they eat the bones with it.. :)
