I'm in my 9 weeks now and also got the "bloated" effect. Gynae said it's probably becos i breathe using my mouth when i sleep due to nose block. Gave me some tablets to chew to release the "air" and nowadays, will add in lot's of ginger in most of the dishes we cooked. Helped quite a fair bit :)

Mine EDD end March as well. Had mine scan last Sat and Doc measured 5MM and everthing's fine. Very happy & anxious as this is my 1st :)
