Ladies, you are so lucky that Fenugreek or any supplement work for you. I have tried sacred tea, fenugreek and doridome. My milk supply only increase a little. Its very demoralising.
If you intent to use a pre-loved pump, buy the spare parts to use with the motor. I am using medela and the plastic funnels/diaphragms/bottles can be bought easily from shop or ebay. Price is between $20-35. This is safer for both mother and baby. This is also a cheaper option.
May I know the reason why FM & BM cannot be mixed together? When my girl was admitted to KK for dehydration treatment, the nurse at the A&E ward mixed my BM with FM as I do not have sufficient BM supply for the baby.
Try popular or BIG book shop, chinese sections. I bought 2 confinement books from BIG, each cost about $14. If you are in Malaysia, the same book cost about RM19-RM22; a few dollars cheaper.
