My baby was born 8 months and weigh 2.1 but she was never incubated or got into icu. Maybe if your baby is in danger doctors would definitely put her in icu

A baby's head will be flat if you let them sleep in one side so its better to adjust it left and right so they wont get flat head. And yes they can have flat head on pillows so better alternate the head once in a while

Better check a Doctor.. I am also had irregular periods before and it took as 3 years to have a baby.. I went to specialist and have me checked and she notice that i have a reversed uterus so I wont get pregnant by stationary position. You should visit your doctor for better explanation
