Not all procedures is ideal. In Singapore there is no need to have eye care. Baby is not exposed to the bacteria in their eyes. Vaccination can wait unless they are expose the the risks of contacting certain viruses at birth. Notice the baby was in pain as baby is extremely sensitive. They will perceive the world as not welcoming.
