Actually I only wash the parts with tap water and that's it. At the end of the day will wash it with soap at home and then sterilize it. You can even store the whole pump parts in fridge without washing if you are comfortable with it.
Can get those Korean brand milk bags (cost less than $0.30 per bag) to freeze ebm especially if you have a lot of supply because bottles are really expensive. I got mine from Singapore Motherhood forum bulk purchase. (Not advertising as I'm not the seller, just sharing great buys). By the way...
