Due to low supply and me going back to work next week, I would like to wean off. If my supply drops to 10 ml or nothing, can i still latch the baby on for bonding or allow comfort sucking? I assume i can latch on baby after bottle feeding, but if there is no more milk, would she want to latch on?
i also cant fit into many cothes, even if i squeeze myself in, there are bulges. Are you still breastfeeding? Dont try to eat less if you are. But choose the right kinds if foods. my kid is 3 mths old, I lost about 4 kg , not alot. but glad got reduced.
Hey mummies, i just bought a tin of Enfalac fr Msia. And here r the differences
§ Msia's mainly in Malay language. Here's what I can make of: Malaysia: 850g , Spore 900g.
Spore i bought 49.90, Msia RM95
§ Same amt of DHA and ARA. Msia 2200 KJ.100g. Spore 2100 KJ/100g.

I went back to gynae, she gave me vitamin b tablets, suggested I buy a wrist gut and use breast feeding pillow. And I also went weekly tui na (massage) for my wrist for 6 times. Ok Liao!
I had dr sim. Queue not long, but she is impatient and does not give additional advices when needed. When I had difficulties, she just said see how it goes. When I had spotting, she said, just monitor baby movements and if no movement, go straight to labour room. She didnt even teach how many...
i bought avent, but hospital actually gave pureen after discharge, so we used that first, found that it's no dif. So we concluded, actually dont need to buy expensive one.
Oh thank you, :) unfortunately I will be traveling via the coach, that would mean no refrigerator. Sigh, I guess I have to either pump n dump or wean off by then. It really hasn't been easy to stay outdoors and excusing myself to pump.
u are not sick..just sad. i am seeing a counselor too cos i feel same. If can just persist, if too sad, formula. A sad me will affect husband too. Better a happy formula mum then a bitter breast feeding mum.
Thank you! I am just worried that baby will think bottle is faster and decides not to be latched.
Oh dear, anyone know how to store and keep the milk if travelling? I can pump and keep in fridge while i am overseas but the journey back will take 10 over hours, wont the milk spoil?
1) I am going to start work soon and am worried that if I am away from baby from 12 hours a day, will she begin to reject the direct latching if i only latch at night? I know i can express but i enjoy the bonding time with baby.
2) When my baby is 7 months or 8 months old, i will be overseas...
Yup, having hot drinks, putting hot towel or heat pad, seems to promote the let down, thus more milk pumped. My fren said sometimes not no milk, just no let down cos we not relaxed enough.. Ya, I think gg back to work will not b easy for bf, some pple I know took no pay leave for 2 mths just so...
The last few days I stabilized at about 60 after not latching or pumping for 4 hrs. Need to buck up on hot drinks to increase further! I met a bf mum today who told me her supply was efficient only at 3rd mth! My baby is 7 wks, so I am hoping!
