actually i tink if the company use retrenchment as a reason...redundency or whatever.. it's ok to 'get rid' of pregnant staff that way de. but if the pregnant staff is 5 mths preggy le.. the company is liable to pay the 2 mths' maternity (although already retrenching le). some companies...
