i use whisper wings but since i use Mirena IUD, my menses very light leh. now i only need to use panty liner. mummies who use mirena, do u have light flow too?

i m using mirena too. now my period is erratic n the flow is less. n the best thing is now i have no more cramps. :Dancing_tongue:

Hi, I am using IUD, have been using it for quite a while now. The inserting is more painful than the removing, in my experience. I am now using a 5-yr IUD. It has been effective so far ...:001_302:...touch wood... shirl
