1) Mix minced pork with seasoning and marinate for
20 min.
2) Divide washed rice into 4 rice bowls and add

water equally into each bowl (pic.01)
3) Transfer bowls into a steamer, steam over high
heat for 15 min.,
reduce heat
4) Open the lid, divide marinated pork into 4
portions, place it on
top of rice and press lightly to form a meat patty
(pic.02)
5) Place one salted egg yolk at the centre of the
meat patty (pic.03)
6) Cover with lid, continue to steam over high heat
for 15 min.
Ready to serve. (pic.04)
