(1)香茅去老皮,切斜片,南姜去皮切薄片, 芫荽茎切段,苏东去紫膜,墨瓤及内脏,洗净沥干,横直刀切花后切小片.虾去壳,挑除肠泥,洗净,沥干,大斑鱼洗净切片.蕃茄切瓣.
(2)在家宝电磁炉中加入材料(a)拌匀,煮滚改用小火煮5分钟,加入(b)料拌煮至滚.
(3)加入(c)调味料煮至滚,洒入芫茜叶.
