S sassylady Member Feb 8, 2010 #2 did this chicken over the weekends at my girlfriend's place. the receipe was very easy to handle even though it's in chinese. for the 绍兴酒, you can add more to bring out the flavor. if not you can always add in the waist tonic for the extra booast of flavour too!
