4. Sambal Belacan Omelet

1. Put 4 eggs and ½ packet Dancing Chef Shrimp paste into a big bowl and beat well. Mix in cut spring onion.
2. Heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil, sauté onion and chillies until fragrant.
3. Dish up and put into egg mixture and mix well.
4. Heat up ½ tbsp of cooking oil, pour in 1 small scoop of egg mixture and fry into omelette. Use the same method to fry remaining portion of egg mixture to make many pieces of small omelette. Serve hot with rice.
