Feeling giddy whenever take cab or bus .
Very hungry but throat can't swallow anything or else will puke .
Anything to ease it ?
 
how about some sweet or biscuits or some sour stuff?
take bit by bit at a time...

try to focus something far when you are on a moving transport..
it might help in the giddiness..
and try breathing in and out slowly....

try seasick band? some says it works for them! for me.. so so only hehee... like dumbo are mummy shared, suck on something that taste nice to u.. sweet or sour, whichever u like at this point in time ;)

actually empty stomach will cause more giddy and nausea.. try take a dry cracker before heading out in the morning.
