Absent Nasal Bone-Seeking second opinion

Hi mothers, I am 31 years old and I would like some advice and support. I am a first time mother. Recently, I went for my first trimester scanning, (after taking blood test for Down Syndrome test) at KKH, in my 12th week. Everything about the baby is normal, except they remarked as absent nasal bone. I understand it is a marker for Down Syndrome. My other ratios all showed very low risk for any other abnormalities. Two days later, I received SMS from KKH informing me that based on my age, scanning results & blood tests, I am in the low risk for Down Syndrome.

I could not see my consulting doctor and she was away and my next appointment with her will be in my 15th week. I went to the clinic asking for an earlier appointment to see her but the nurses all said there was no appointment available. They also told me that my next scan will only be on my 20th week, to see if they can detect the nasal bone.

I am so wrought with worry and depression. I have read in the internet that there will be further testing done, like the CVS or amnio but no one has informed me when to do it. I do not want to wait so long till the end. I just want to know if my baby is normal.

I would like to seek second opinion but am not sure which specialist gynae to go to. Please recommend me someone who is really caring and patient and can allay my worries and fears.

Thank you very much.
