Hi, any mummy have experince sending baby to nanny? I gave one month salary as deposite to the nanny and after 3days babysitting I decide to terminate with her. Can I take back all the deposite money and pay her 3days fee? or I cant take back the deposite?that is really a big number.

Do you go thru an agent? Usually the policy is that you can take back the money, tat's why it's called a deposit. You can try talking to your nanny about it, or just let her look after the child till after 1 month =)
