Could you advise when we should start to give 2 solids a day?
Currently giving cereal during the day at the infant care centre, am wondering when I should start to give cereals for dinner when she comes home around 7pm?
my son is 4.5mths now, i started his 1st meal when his 3mth 3weeks and now feed him 2 meals /day... about half bowl...
but i haven't inform infant care to give my baby food yet.
How do you know it's time to feed two meals? Does baby show he is hungrier. My baby is 6 months next week and infant care will start his lunch of semi solids. He seems to be doing ok on just milk and not showing signs of hunger but I think it's probably time to start on his first meal. But second meal how? Any guidelines?
