my gynae say i might premature prolly aug. my edd is 7oct though.

any recommendations and what to take of when hiring baby sitters?

looking for one that can assist me while i go back work.
(think i need help also with newborn first few months too )

My mum is a Chinese babysitter. She have a total of 9 years of experience working in an infant care. She was awarded as the best committed caregiver @ her previous workplace 2006.
planning to look after an infant at our house.
Living at pasir ris, blk 1XX.
~ Monday to Friday
~ No intention to babysit for Sat, Sun and Public holiday
~ 8.00am to 6.00pm
~ babysit at my hse

Factors to consider:

1. She was awarded as the best committed caregiver @ her previous workplace 2006.
2. No pets
3. Clean house
4. Smoke free
5. Anti-Mahjong
6. Children are big enough ( 20 old yrs and above)
