Any homebased property co-ordinator ?

My good friend did this when he was in Uni (to get more pocket money).
He's more like a PA to the agent. From what he told me, this is his agreement with the agent he works with:
- For every successful rental/sale, he gets 10% of the commission earned if he only handled the phone calls/appt
- For every successful rental/sale, he gets 30% of the commission earned if he met up with the client for viewing
Most of the calls are INCOMING, so the calls are free. When need to call out, my friend uses his house phone or SMS clients to call back.
From what I saw, his earnings are rather good cos he could afford to buy a small car for himself without asking for money from his parents. But my friend is very hardworking type and will take initiative to look for customers also
