I'm going to proceed with divorce soon with my ex & currently, I am attached to another man. My marriage is less than 3 Years & I understand that I cannot file to the court admitting that I had committed adultery on my own. As well as I am the plaintiff in this case. If I were to get pregnant with my current bf before my divorce came to a final mark, how will the judge settle my case for this instant? As before the marriage reaches 3 years, only under special circumstances can be granted. I'm aware & if now I'm pregnant, is this a good reason to get divorce ASAP? Please advise me if anyone been through almost similar situation as me or knows the law. Thanks!!
