Hi Sherrace.

my actual delivery was smooth and quick, within half and hour. I gave birth using normal delivery.

For my delivery, I used all the equipments like vacuum, forcep, and also epidural. The bill came up to 5k before Medisave.

Anyone can advise how to increase breastmilk production? I am pumping or latching on 2 hour interval and got only like 3ozs.

Hi,

fish head with papaya soup or any other fish soup. You can try fernugeek capsules. Available at watsons or guardian. Doesnt work for all. Continuous pumping is really impt.
