You in serangoon? Not sure of any near there. Around my place here in Upper Bt Timah, there is 1(Baby & Child clinic) in Rail Mall, she's open most night and Sat. Also my regular PD(Ng CF) at Crown Centre, 2 nights weekdays and Sat as well. I used to see 1(Baby Bear) in Woodlands Ave 9 when I was staying there, he's open all nights and Sat. Hope you find 1 near your place soon.
My girl goes to Dr Appan, Children's Medical Centre near Junction 8, Bishan St 13.
She works with another doctor in that clinic and they are open daily in 3 shifts - morning, afternoon and night.
Dr Appan is gentle and patient to explain. I like her a lot.
