Any reccomend food for sick baby

hi is there any food to get or nt to eat when bb is sick for cough or flu???
like example chicken cant eat cos it will cos phlemg........
i ask doc b4 y my bb like sick for every 2mth then he sae maybe it cos of climate change.......
