Anyone delivery in KK under subsidised rate?

Hi, currently the gynae I visited is at AMK Satellite Clinic under subsidised rate and my EDD is in June'15. So far the experience there is quite good and I am not sure if I want to switch to private. My only concern is if I am under subsidised rate, on my actual day delivery, I won't know who will be helping me to deliver, only know is the doctor on shift or maybe mid-wife. So can't decide if I want to switch to private doctor. I hope anyone here who give birth under subsidised rate can share their experience with me. Thanks
