Would appreciate if anyone can share too as i'm delivering in end Sept too. Are you delivering there too? When's your EDD?

The class basically teaches u about nutrition and some exercises to relief pain and aches. How to breastfeed, how to take care of your newborn and and includes the maternity ward tour.
