Anyone knows how to trigger breastmilk for adopted baby?

Anyone knows any dr that does hormonal jab to trigger breastmilk production?

My fren just adopted a baby and she wants to give her baby breastmilk.

Pls advise asap.

Pump every 2 hr in the day and 3 hr at night. Each time 20 min. Eat domperidone and fenugreek.
I have heard of oxytocin nasal spray but not sure whether it's legal in Singapore. Domperidone will increase the prolactin in your blood and prolactin is required to make milk
