i bought the bird nest from a supplier who own her own the birs nest bussiness in Malaysia, She cook for me and sell at SGD 80.00.
it is very convenientent and cheap. i can give the contact if anyone interested.

I have been taking bird nest too but not everyday. What are the brands that are good?

I am currently taking the yu ren sheng concentrated bottle which I can finish in 1 gulp. =p

I took tat kind which needs to be cooked, my mil bought from Hock Hua.

before preggy, i used to take one spoon every morning. but during my 1st trimester, ppl suggest me to stop that, will continue from 2nd trimester onwards.
I ate those concentrated bottle one from LaoHangJia.
