I'm thinking of using induction hob by using the electricity instead of the normal hob using gas. How is everyone opinion? What is the pro and con by using the induction hob? Please share. Thank you very much.
I was considering for a long time but before I bought it, my sister moved house and installed only induction cookers for her kitchen. Do you know when one cooker spoil, all stop working? At least my gas cookers are independent of each other. So I decided to stick to gas. But use portable induction one for steamboat etc.
