AVENT VIA Cups

Hi all,

Would like to check if anyone has experience with AVENT VIA cups.

Q1) It says - cups are presterilised for use. Lids all that must sterilise.
this seems to mean 1st time no need to sterilise, only need to sterilise after first use..but won't it be "not sterile" for the rest of the cups once the packet is opened? (i.e by the time you use the 4th cup, you would have opened the bag 4 times)

Q2) It says use until wear and tear. Some others and website said each cup can use only 4-5times because not durable.... erm..if I had known I wouldnt have bought it, seems such a waste? Use and throw use and throw every month (?!!) thats like $30 every one to two months. Does anyone know why? What if after 5 times it is still in good condition?

I wash with soap n sterilize them before use. I sterilize them every time I finish using it them. I've been using them many times n my bb is 2 months now. So far ok, no significant wear n tear.

I have also washed and sterilised my Aven VIA cup many times and have not noticed any wear and tear.

Me too. I didn't know they are for 1 time use. Have reused numerous time. Upon reading this, i checked the box but nothing mentioned about single use though.
