hi lovely mummies, i love avocado n its nutritions. But am not sure how to define a 'spoilt' avocado. Wad is the thin brown lines in it? And slight brownin is also spoilt? i bought 2 today bt it was slightly foul smelling so i discarded it. How are we to select a good avocado?

On a side note, wad other fruits or nutritional food do u mix wid cerelac? thks=D

Hi Maichiang

The avacado that you buy must be slightly brown or black outside.. Green means unripe. But once it turns slightly brown and is slightly soft when you press, you must cut and consume the fruit. If you leave it.. It can become overripe and be spolit where the inside become too brownish.
