From what I've seen in Singapore, babies don't need carseats?
Was quite surprised...in Australia we have to use carseat and booster seat till 8 years old otherwise we are fined heavily...i suppose too many kids dying or severely injured.
Then again Singapore drivers are probably safe drivers hence no need for such a law!
