baby squirt out milk from milk bottle

Hi, my 3weeks old baby is squirting out milk while drinking milk from milk bottle. Why is that so? He seems to be only drinking half the milk while the other half was squished out. Anyone facing this problem??

Hi did you examine the teats? It happen to my baby too and we realised the teats was torn! We didn't really examine the teats the last round cos when you tilted the bottle, it still look fine and one one drop came down at a time... It's only when my hubby decided to take a closer look did we realised the teats was torn and when baby suck, it became a big hole! That's why he is always having milk flowing out...
