Baby's first trip to Europe

Hi Mommies!

My baby will be eight months by the time he is going on his 13 hour flight to Europe. Any idea if:

1) I can bring my own water on the plane for preparing formula milk now that liquid is restricted on board?
2) I can bring my own home cooked food in thermos for the baby on board? If so, is there any limit to the amount?

Are nappy changing rooms for babies easy to find in cities such as Paris/ Geneva? If not, where are appropriate places to change diapers that will not cause an offense to others?

I'd think that you'd have no problems finding changing rooms in the toilets, especially if you're heading to touristy spots. Do note that with the outdoors like the gardens in Geneva, you may not find a nappy changing room.

If that's the case, just change anywhere on a flat surface. Europeans don't really mind and it's not as if you're purposely flashing your baby or littering the place - you have to change means you have to change.

(I'd know, being married to a French and having lived in Switzerland. ^^ )
