BackPain/Hand Numbness

Hi mummies,

anyone of you here ever counter back pain after giving birth? went for massage the pain gone but later came back , evn went to NUH for Xray but nothing was wrong & if type my hand will feel numb.. why is this so? been wanting to go TCM but dnt knw of good one... or any mummies care to share if you ever encounter this problem too??

I delievered 1 month ago n yes i still do get back pains.I didnt go for any massage though.Also happened after birth of my sons too.I tot it was epidural gone wrong but gynae said it takes a while for the body to heal.

I am experiencing it now. But i have not given birth yet. Sounds scary
