Bleeding from inside

I am bleeding from inside and have to hand expressed only as told by both gynae and pd. As my flow has not been established, I have concerned especially my recovering is slow. Anyone has similar problem before? Gynae said it's infection but I am not feeling any pain. I am sure the bleeding is not from sore or cracked nipples tho....

There is blood when I pump or hand express, I am quite sure the blood is not due to sore or crack nibble
could it be broken capillaries? Anyone experienced before?
Has been 3 weeks and the bbleeding has stop.

Oh...have you asked your gynaecologist or lactation consultant? I haven't heard of this. Myself is dealing with a blister on the nipple that's quite stubborn...I pierced it a few times that it didn't resolve...could see milk coming out and also blood.

You must ask your gynea maybe might have infection inside. its not good it must be checked.

It is really comes from the inside ?? or you sure not in the nipple ? if that,s inside you have to check.
