Hi Yong,I'm in my 9 weeks now and also got the "bloated" effect. Gynae said it's probably becos i breathe using my mouth when i sleep due to nose block.
Gave me some tablets to chew to release the "air" and nowadays, will add in lot's of ginger in most of the dishes we cooked. Helped quite a fair bit
I don noe how true, but many mummies has advised against taking too much ginger as it is feared that exessive intake of ginger during pregnancy may have high chance of causing jaundice in new born..Just in case...
